Training and continuous development programmes
Training and continuous professional development programmes are tailored to each individual's needs, qualifications, professional registrations and role within the organisation.
These programmes and their outcomes are assessed as part of personal appraisals, integrated with plans for other team members and continuously updated in line with changes in best practice, standards and regulation.
Personal development
Each employee is responsible for maintaining their own annual documented personal development plan. Copies are held by both the employee and their line manager.
These plans are an integral part of our annual staff performance appraisals.
